Purpose and availability

KimoMind is a personal automation tool for its owner. No public account registration, subscription or service availability commitment is offered.

Authorized use

The owner uses only accounts and information they are authorized to access. The current Gmail integration is read-only and is intended to support requested email checks and summaries.

AI-generated responses

AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. The owner should review important information against its original source before relying on it.

Connected services

Functionality depends on n8n, Google services, OpenAI, Telegram and connected storage. Availability and account access may change. Each connected service remains subject to its own applicable terms.

Stopping use

The owner may stop the workflows or revoke connected account access at any time. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and access controls.
