KimoMind

Privacy Policy

Updated: October 24, 2026

Personal use

KimoMind is operated solely for its owner's personal use. It is not a public application and does not accept other users.

Gmail access

The current Gmail integration requests read-only access. When the owner asks to check email, the workflow retrieves up to five messages per tool call. Returned message data may include sender and recipient information, subjects, snippets and other message fields provided by Gmail. The current integration does not send, modify or delete email.

AI processing and delivery

Retrieved Gmail information is provided to Google Gemini to produce the requested response. OpenAI is configured as a fallback provider if the primary model fails. Responses are delivered to the owner through Telegram. These providers process data under their respective terms and privacy policies.

Storage

KimoMind uses an n8n instance running on the owner's computer and a connected Postgres chat memory. Conversation information and workflow execution data may be retained in these systems. A fixed deletion period has not been established. The owner manages stored data and deletion through those systems.

Control and access

The owner can stop Gmail access by disconnecting the n8n credential or revoking the application's access in their Google Account settings. Revoking access stops future authorized reads; it does not itself delete previously stored conversation or execution data.
